Last updated: May 7, 2026
This policy explains what data wiskr (operated by 1Cut Media) collects, why, and what we do with it. We try to keep this in plain English and only collect what we actually need to run the Service. If anything is unclear, email noah@1cutmedia.com.
1. What We Collect
From your account
- Email address (via Clerk, our authentication provider)
- Name and avatar, if you sign in with Google
- A unique account ID
- Plan tier and subscription status (free, paid)
- Account creation date
From your activity

What we don’t collect
- We don’t use third-party analytics, ad pixels, or session-replay tools.
- We don’t sell or rent your data.
- We don’t use your videos to train AI models.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is stored on infrastructure hosted in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data-protection laws than your home country.

- Files in Cloudflare R2 are encrypted at rest.
- Database connections to Neon are encrypted and use SSL.
- Authentication is handled by Clerk; we never see or store your password.
